Parents and/or Students, to obtain SSL hours through MCSL you must contact your Team representative to MCSL.  You can find your Team representative name and contact information at MCSL Team Representatives.

 

For Team representatives, the following is what you need to do.

 

Requirements for SSL Hours:

 

·        Obtain from your Club’s Insurance Agent a Proof of Liability Insurance.  It should look something like this.

·        Briefly describe what you will have your kids do.  It cannot be something that you or your team would normally pay for.

·        Send these two items to the MCSL SSL contact.  Currently this is:
